Juliet Kilpin
I have more than 30 years’ experience of coaching and developing leaders in local neighbourhoods in the UK, in broad-based alliances of civil society and in refugee camps.
I am a trainer and helped develop and deliver the award-winning Democracy in Action module for the University of Essex, equipping young adults with the skills to build power and make change in a democratic society.
An Intercultural Coach registered with the Association For Coaching, I celebrate unity in diversity and use systemic coaching to help teams strengthen their understanding of differences and commonalities which improves their impact.
I have spent time as a peacemaker and active bystander in refugee camps and currently serve the European Baptist Federation as chair of their Commission on Migration. EBF is a federation of leaders from 48 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia and I relish the opportunities to build common connections across vastly different cultures.
I am a creative entrepreneur and most recently enjoyed relaunching The Fishermen’s Chapel, assisting it’s remnant group of leaders to step out in courage and turn the building into a highly-regarded and loved music and arts venue, breathing new life into the community and the congregation.
